It’s been 15 years since I started this site and there have been no shortage of ups and downs along the way. I’ve met some incredible folks along the journey have made some great friends. First, thank you everyone who has stopped by, left a comment, and shared something of themselves – it makes it all worth doing.

I also made the decision a long time ago to stop putting advertising on the site. I didn’t feel it was worth the effort, and let’s face it, most of the time the ads weren’t of interest anyway. The downside to that decision is that the site, and all the stuff behind the scenes, comes out of funds that are rapidly drying up due to lack of employment in the real world.

To that end, I’ve opened a Patreon page so that those of you that can, I hope, will support the work here.
