The issue comes into play when you don't have something that's covered by the SRD - such as some of the spells my character uses from the PHB II. You don't have to worry about editing it at all and it's really fast. If you don't have an internet connection while playing, you can even download the SRD for even faster searching. You also get access to feats, skills, classes and the like. It also has a helpful DM screen with any information that's needed.
